Session fee is $200, and may vary based on frequency, insurance, and financial situation.

Your insurance provider may reimburse (often 40-70%) for out-of-network services; I will provide statements for you to submit.

Please note I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

The initial session will be no charge to you, if you decide not to proceed.
